Ballet shoes are cut smaller than street shoes and each maker sizes slightly differently. This chart is a starting point — always try before you buy, or order two sizes if you can return.
How do I convert my street shoe to a ballet shoe size?
For UK canvas and leather flats, start 2–3 UK sizes smaller than your street shoe. So UK street 6 → UK ballet 3.5–4.
